What is your refund policy?
Personalized items are non-refundable.
What is the current turn around time?
Current turn around time is 7 weeks as we are closed for maternity leave. Shipping time is not included in the turn around time. Items are stitched in the order that payments were made. Any item that is listed a ready to ship (RTS) will ship/be ready for pickup within 1-3 business days, weekends an holidays not included.
What if I need my order sooner?
Please feel free to send an email to email@example.com to discuss a rush option if our schedule allows.
What if my items have shipped but I still have not received them?
If you have checked the USPS tracking provided to you via email at the time of shipment, and it is not showing delivered AFTER 5 business days please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is showing delivered via the tracking number provided, please contact your local post office as they will have more information on the exact location on the package.
Do you do custom items?
Yes, we love to do customs. Please feel free to email email@example.com or send the facebook page a message to discuss your custom item.
What is your shipping policy?
Items are shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout. Current turn around time does not include shipping. All personalized items are shipped within a 3 week period of order payment.
What if I need to change an item that was ordered?
All orders should be throughly checked before payment to insure invoice and or carts are correct. Items are stitched EXACTLY has appeared in the invoice or cart. If any changes are to be made, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of payment. No orders will be changed after that point. If you would like to cancel an order, you have a 48 hour time frame from time of purchase to do so free of charge. Any cancellations after that will have a 25% restocking fee.
